Senior Director for Wildfire

Calley Bilgram, MSc, is a senior development professional with over a decade of experience leading disaster resilience and humanitarian programs worldwide. As Program Lead for GER3 in Los Angeles, Calley directs wildfire recovery initiatives in Altadena, including indoor testing, smoke remediation and repairs, soil testing, and home hardening. She previously held senior roles with Team Rubicon International and Miyamoto International.

Jean Hooper was born and raised in Pasadena, California, and has called Altadena home since 2010. A former librarian and English teacher, she is now retired and dedicates her time to volunteering weekly at the senior center and supporting her community. Jean is the proud mother of three daughters and shares her home with two beloved dogs.
