IBHS has developed the Wildfire Prepared Multifamily program to help communities reduce wildfire risk through coordinated, science-based mitigation strategies.  
We welcome inquiries from building owners and managing entities (e.g., HOA, condo board, or similar authority) interested in applying for the Wildfire Prepared Multifamily designation.
